When I attempt to start my Itunes player to download music it keeps telling me that "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". Its hasn't done this before and I don't know why its doing it now! I tried taking it off my computer and re-downloading it and it still comes up with the error report. Please, does anyone know what to do about a situation like this?

If it is a bug, how would I go about debugging it!?

You need to tell us what kind of computer and which operating system you are running...
go to the pencil icon on the button bar below your Question, and select "Add Details." -- Thanks!

Restart your computer, make sure you are not connected to the internet.
If that doesn't work, do a virus scan.
If you're using Windows, i've found iTunes is prone to bugs, so it could be that.

good luck.
