Are their forums/boards/websites where you can trade Delta Skymiles for other airline loyalty miles?

I have approximate 400,000 Delta Skymiles that ideally i would like to trade for either United miles, Amtrak points, or Starwood points. I don't even necessarily want a 1-1 trade. Do Delta and other programs allow you to "give" your points to another member? If so, are their websites that would help me connect with other folks who would do this?

If you fly that much you already know where you can trade. The programs are very defined. So are credit cards like American Express who let you move miles around for different things. As far as giving points to other members, I have never heard of it but calling Delta should give you all the info you need.
