My natural hair color is red (ish orange), but I had dyed it dirty blonde and my dad didn't like it so he made me dye it all black as a punishment.
I actually I liked how it looked so I let it rest for three months or so, but then I had it dyed again, a light shade of brown. My dad didn't mind which I guess triggered some evil attention-seeking impulse in me, so I started trying to bleach it my self with 10% hydrogen peroxide for like six months and every time it just got a lighter shade of orange.
Then I bought bleaching kits and made three consecutive attempts to bleach it in one single week, and now it does look blonde, but it also looks like a spiderweb of some sort. The roots and the ends are ok, but the length is really damaged, and when it gets wet, it stays wet for days, for some reason.
When it finally does dry, it's really brittle. I'm afraid to even touch it. And when it's wet it's ellastic. 0_0
Is there any way to fix it in less than a month?

p.s.- Please don't tell me to get a haircut or to go to a professional for help. If I was willing to do either of those things, I wouldn't have asked here and wasted 5 points, don't you think? =P

It relies on wherein you pass to. Most of those feathers are false; nevertheless, truly ones commonly come from commercially stored birds equivalent to pigeons, cockatiels, and parrots. Usually the folks take feathers for the duration of molt season while feathers come off without difficulty and it in general does not harm except it is a blood feather... In the Sixties folks had began an uncongenial new 'fad' that was once just about Wearing Dead Birds On Your Head. The women proposal it amazing trendy to take entire birds, stuff them and placed them on hats. They were not commercially grown on the time, commonly the guys shot the birds immediately from the woods. Even the feathers within the hair form was once made via killing a chicken and plucking feathers. Today they're extra humane approximately it however you will have to ask your stylist first to be certain... or get false ones. Hope this is helping. :) Not seeking to deter you, I'm definite they could seem lovely.

Wow, first of all no heat at all.. no flat irons blowdriers whatsoever. Brush your hair with soft bristles. Now first thing is first. Go to your local hairplace and ask for a deep conditioning treatment and/ or a colour rinse to relieve your hair of the damage. Purchase an at home deep conditioner and damage repair shampoo. Use these religiously and good luck at repair! If all else fails, short hair is becoming popular these days

Go to a salon and get a reconstructor treatment. If you don't want to cut length off, then at least get it trimmed,if it's not already layered you should layer it some, that will get rid of some of the damage. I don't know what else to tell you because cutting allot off really is the best thing to do. You totally killed it. P.S. Do not use baking soda on your hair, there is no need to and it will make your hair dry.

first things first.. you need to get rid of all the buildup you have caused on your hair.
my favorite and least expensive thing to do to get rid of the build up is to mix baking soda and a little water together, you want it to be like a paste. Get your hair wet with warm water(not hot water, it will dry your hair out even more) put the baking soda all over your hair and let it stay in for a few minutes.
After you rinse, you should use a clarifying shampoo and conditioner. dove makes a good one. redken hair products are very good for your hair as well. for the finishing touch, rise with cold water (as cold as you can stand)
WARM WATER OPENS YOUR HAIR PORES AND ALLOWS CONDITIONER AND OTHER PRODUCTS TO GO IN OR TO BE RELEASED> THE COLD WATER CLOSES THE PORES UP>
for the next few weeks you need to let your hair AIR DRY. your hair might look frizzy or whatever, but try your best NOT to use heat on your hair. as little as possible.
during the next few weeks you should use HAIR FIX by loreal. its about 10 dollars and can be bought at sallys.
buy a really good DEEP conditioner, damp your hair, then put a TON of the conditioner all over your hair, put a plastic bag over your hair and let it stay in your hair all day/ sleep in it too for best results.
I hope this helps.
remember, you not only need to give your hair back some moisture, but also focus on products to strenghen your hair. moisturing hair products can leave your hair heavy and sometimes worse off than before.
you should also remember to use the baking soda mix once a month or two.
and to use the deep conditioner remedy once a month or two as well.

Sorry to say you've probably damaged it beyond repair at this point. You can try a deep conditioner. It may help some. But really, if it looks like an orange spider web, would cutting it short be so bad?

This may not be what you want to hear but, go get a cut, but leave it long enough to get in a ponytail. Then go to sallys or some beauty supply place and get a funky fake pony tail extention or something to that sort. at least this is a different option

dude...if your not willing to cut it to get rid of the dameged hair...then your arent really left with any choices. sure there are things you can do at home to make your hair a LITTLE bit better, but nothing that will dramticly change your hair texture and health. all i can say is to get a REALLY good conditioner and to not wash your hair that often and to not use hair styling appliences for a whilr...and dont dye your hair again....duh
good luck
