If you have white rice; you can cut the chicken breast into cubes, boil the rice, drain it, then add the chicken, little pieces of broccoli and some cheese sauce or velveeta (however much you want to add), then season it with a little salt and pepper to taste. It is very simple to make and very delicious. It's like a meal.

I don't know if you have the right things for this recipe, but it's delish! Place the breasts in a baking dish that is lined with tin foil for easy clean up. Season the breasts with whatever herbs you like - I prefer lemon pepper for this one. Pour a can of cream on mushroom or cream of chicken soup (undiluted) over the breasts and spread evenly. Cover with prepared stuffing mix. Leave the stuffing mix dry the way it comes in the container. Bake at 375 for about 20-25minutes - until chicken is done and juices are clear. Pair it with a side of rice and steamed veggies and it's absolutely great! Trust me! Hmm now I'm hungry for it! lol Happy eating! Edit: I just noticed another poster has a similar recipe! Cool!

Make a mix of basil pesto and finely grated Parmesan and put it carefully under the skin. If the breasts are skinless, make a pocket and stuff the pesto mix in. Bake as you would normally.
Steamed broccoli with almond slithers and mashed potato with caramelised garlic cloves.
For the garlic:
2 medium heads of garlic
1 oz of butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
100ml chicken stock
1 1/2 pounds of potatoes
handful of chopped flat-leaf parsley
Peel garlic cloves and saute them gently in the butter/oil until they just start to colour, then add the chicken stock. Press a sheet of crumpled wet greaseproof paper down onto the top of them and leave to cook very gently for 15 minutes. When potatoes are cooked mash and add the garlic mix with parsley on top.

This doesn't use the broccoli or potatoes but you could dice up the chicken, cook some pasta and then toss it with a combo of ranch dressing and salsa - it's really good and goes a long way.

well, i don't think this will go to well with your sides but take your chicken breasts & boil in 1 can cream of chicken & 1 can chicken broth if you have it also add 1 can cream of celery soup til tender . take out & cut in strips, return to broth & add egg noodles or boxed dumpling from the store , they are called lib's, also at this time add 2 eggs you have boiled & peeled & cut up. it makes a very delish meal

Marinade them in Italian dressing or a mix of olive oil, vinegar and spices and then grill or broil them.
