jennifer, she will be ok. tho she went off to have her babies, she will come back for food because she needs to replenish her milk supply for her babies. just make sure she has food and water outside all the time. and then when the babies are old enuff to travel she will bring them home to you. and let me tell you, thats an awesome sight!!! so relax, she will come home eventually. or what you can do is follow her to where the babies are and bring them home so she will feel more safe. trust me, she isnt to far from the house!! enjoy!!!

It is hard t say for sure but I would leave food and water out for her that way you know it is available for her. if she does shoew up try to follow her and get teh kittens being born out in the wild will often end up being wild cats and not being vcinated they can get or pass many of the cat diseases.
Good Luck.

if she does come back home then most likely it will not be with the new kittens. but cats have a great sense of direction and they normally leave their kittens behind when trying to get home.

She will be fine. Leave some high in fat foods for her to eat outside. She will eventually come to get food. When the kittens are cleaned and the birthing smells are cleaned she will leave them to find food.

She'll come back when she gets hungry, and after she eats she'll go back to take care of her kittens again. After a while she'll probably bring the kittens back with her.

well I heared that when Cats or any any have babies they will go off by themselves to have them.so I think It's natural. So I would say that your Cat probably won't starve. Oh and congragulations =)
