according to Joel 2:28 God pours out His Spirit and my question is have you ever had the visions or dreams Joel is speaking about

I have had several dreams that I believe were God inspired.
1 dream i got before I was a Christan, that's what prompted me to seek him thru his word.
my family was not religious nor did they teach me about religion, quite the opposite.
and a great example of God pouring out his Spirit would be the Azusa street revival in Ca. look it up

Joel really talks about an end time HUGE outpouring of that kind of thing. I do not believe we have seen that yet.
I have seen "visions" as in being able to see temporarily into the spiritual realm. I have seen angels and demons, angels are much nicer. I have had dreams, and dreams where angels have visited me.
Don't think we are there yet, but do believe that we get closer every day to it. We must continually search for Father and get closer to Him with reckless abandonment.
Keep pursuing Him, He loves it and will show Himself to you and understandings of Who He is and what He wants for you in this life if you don't give up.

confident, Christians like the different human beings sin and often even commit homicide. The degree of a competent Christian is what they do as quickly as they have sinned. in the event that they seem to be a real Christian than they're going to many times repent (admit that what they did became into incorrect, do what they are able to to repair the wear, and take measures to quit themselves from doing a similar ingredient lower back). Moses and David the two commited homicide, yet they repented and made their peace with God. God called David "a guy after my own heart"

Yes I have, many in fact. I started keeping a journal about them then all of a sudden they stopped.
Once I was praying about Jesus' 2nd coming. I went to sleep and saw an army. Grayish uniforms with lots of red. There were millions. All marching and coming and coming and marching. Then i heard a voice say, "Watch china." Not sure how China might play a part in the end.

That verse is a Prophecy to be fulfilled at the Second Coming of Our Lord.

Yes - several times. Most have had to do with end times events, but some were more personal and foretold the conversion of my family.
