I am a fourteen year old girl, so I guess you can trust me.
It's not that complex, really. Very simple. Guys normally think we're mysterious, delicate creatures. We're not. A nice, "Do you wanna go out sometime?" and a smile will do just fine.
Most girls want something pretty light. It's less dramatic that way. Nothing serious, or it makes things too awkward.

just ask her if she wants to hang at the movies or the nearest pizza place or something like that...unless she's looking for a guy that will take her to fancy expensive restaraunts (which i don't know why she would be, shes 14!) then that'll be the perfect date...hope this helps and good luck!

oh it dont take much. especially if shes 14.
just ask her if she wants to hang out. then if it goes good. ask her out. theres no special way you got to do it. and dont make it as harder than it is

First, talk to her more. Let her get to know you well, and know her well that way you're both more comfortable around eachother then ask her out.
