has anyone had these codes with their dodge truck? What should I do?

Locate a source for a shift solenoid, probably a dealer item, or transmission rebuilding place. The shift solenoids are inside the transmission pan on the valve body.
P0700 is Transmission control system malfunction. Could be anything from a bad ECM, dirty or broken wiring. or a bad shift solenoid.
If you can't do the work, take it somewhere and have it repaired.

you should've gone to autozone and they could have run the code scan and told you what was going on prior to going to the mechanic and you would know before hand what to expect.

sounds like a bullseye for the gentleman before me.was thinking same thing.basically the tranny cant work like its supposed to.
