How are we supposed to know? Call the customer service number on the card.

You may be at your credit limit, or there is an error with the system either at your credit card company's location...or at the place you are trying to pay.

Either you exceeded your credit limit or the magnetic strip is damaged. You need to contact your credit card company. If they tell you it is not over the limit it is definitely the magnetic strip and just ask them for a new card and destroy the one in your possession.

it may not have the funds... or maybe it isnt activated???? try calling your card company and see whats goin on!
