My daughter and I are going to the beach soon and both wear prescription glasses. I don't have the money for prescription sunglasses. Do they have sunglasses that clip on over regular glasses that don't have that ugly clip in the middle of your nose? Can you get these at places like Walmart Optical for a decent price?

Yes, I got myself a pare at Walmart Eye center. They do not clip around the nose they clip around the side. They are barely noticable. And thay are cheap too.

There is such a wide range of glasses nowadays sold by different eye shops--I'm sure you'll be able to find ones that are affordable, comfortable, and great-looking. However, I do have to warn you not to spend too much money on sunglasses that don't offer protection from UV rays. As you probably know, the purpose of sunglasses are to protect your eyes from the sun, but those that are sold in casual shops are usually just dark lenses--they don't have the UV-protective covering that prescription sunglasses offer. Try going back to the place where you got your pair of glasses and ask if they have clips that offer sun protection as well.
I wear prescription glasses, too, but I got the clip that goes on over them as well. It's Coach, and it was pretty affordable and looked great! Also, there are places that offer just a clip that goes on over your glasses (and these come in several standard shapes and sizes so that there's something for most people). But again, make sure they are official UV-protection glasses (otherwise, they're generally useless).

Yep,Walmart Optical department has em for like $16.00. They come in different sizes and shapes so you can match them to your glasses. You can't even tell they're clip-ons unless you look real close. And yes,they do have UV protection.

yes you can get them at walmart for a very good price mabye less then 5$.They clip around the side of your glasses. My dad, grandma, grandpa, wear them. They all got them at walmart and still use them, its been over 2 years

It is possible to custom make a pair of clip-ons for your glasses. Go to an optician and ask.

Sure you can buy them they are vey cheap, and you could get them at drug stores. You can also get those sunglasses that go over the regular glasses.

yeah, theres neat little ones with a descret hook, there not more expensive, but if you want them to be the very same shape as your glasses it might cost more.
