If you are dealing drugs out of your home; then you are not exactly "innocent". And how do you know if it is mostly blacks or elderly? How many drug raids have you ever been on with the police? It doesn't matter if you're elderly or young, black, white, hispanic, whatever; if you are selling or manufacturing drugs then you are subject to have a search warrant served on your home. If you don't want your home searched, then do not sell dope. If you want to sell dope, but want the police to leave you alone so you can break the law without fear, tough! It ain't gonna happen. If you sell drugs, we're going to get you. Sooner or later, you will go to jail; count on it. And, if you give us a reason when we go into your home, we will kill you. You threaten an officer, and he will defend himself. You threaten his life, and he will take yours. That's the price of being a drug dealer.

If you can't take the pressure then get out of the game. If you're going to whine about the police, then you don't make a good drug dealer and give other drug dealers a bad name. When I start whining about being held to a "higher-standard" or about the dangers of the job, including search warrants; then I will quit my job and get out of the game, because I know that this is the price of the job. The same goes for you, If you can't sell drugs without whining about the perils of it, then don't do it. If your going to sell dope, you need to toughen up and quit crying.

You really should read some case law about "no knock warrants". They're actually pretty rare.

Most of this rant died out a long time ago.

No knocks are used primarily when weapons are involved not just drugs.

About as long as we have to tolerate this same question being asked night after night by the same person with a new profile.

Write your senator and congressman. That is the only thing that will change things and give us back our civil liberties Bush removed from the constitution and stole from us.

Google "total information awareness".
