I am looking to join a gym with friends to take a kickboxing class and a pilates class. Unfortunately the gym is only open a 8 am and I leave for work at 8. So I am looking to do a little bit of cardio on my stepper machine at home in the mornings. I'm a teacher, and as I said, I leave for work at 8 am. I'm looking to see what your morning routine is for exercising. What time to do you get up, when and what do you eat for breakfast when do you start exercising, and when are you ready to leave for work? Doing all of this in the morning is new to me and I think the hardest part will be having the time to go from sweaty cardio girl to dressed up professional teacher girl, so I'd love to see how you do it. Thanks for the help!!

I get up a little bit before 6 a.m., grab my dog, and we walk/jog for three miles each morning (unless it's raining). I come home, shower, dress, have coffee and breakfast, and give my dog his morning treats. Then, I'm out the door by 8 a.m. Obviously, this would have to be adjusted if I had a really long commute.

Well I work @0715, have two children to prepare for school. So I wake up at 0500and do my cardio one hour currently because I am preparing for a figure show. I still have time to take my shower and eat too. So I prepare my oatmeal and egg whites the evening before, and eat it as I get the children ready jump in the shower and get off to work. You can do it. There are some good DVD's at Best Buy It is called Jillian Michaels The Biggest Loser Shape up Back, and Shape up Front and it is twenty eight minutes cardio/weights work out and it works out it is AWSOME! Good LUCK! Be patient and give yourself at least two weeks to get used to the routine. Then allow yourself at least six weeks to see changes in your body and weight, also wait to see changes in how your clothes feel. Good Luck again.
