I'm about to take her to the vets in a couple of days so what can i put on it until then?

peroxide and neosporin. just keep it clean.

Peroxide is Ok for first aid, but it is actually irritating to tissue if used often. Clean it with betadine solution, the apply neosporin. It may require antibiotics to heal properly.

Peroxide is the best thing for it, make sure you apply it a few times a day because she'll be walking around a lot and getting more bacteria in it.

neosporin, it will protect it and bring down the infection if it isnt better in a few days take him/her to the vet.Sorry to tell you but it may have to be removed (Not likely but it could happen)
