She needs to see a vet. If you don't have one available today being Sunday...
What you can do for her over the weekend....
Hot towel her teats. Fill the sink with hot water and epsom salts. Soak a bath towel in it and wring it out slightly then lay the towel over her teats for several minutes, several times a day. IF she will get in a bath tub of very warm water with epsom salts and soak this is even better. Other then that... if you have any antibiotics laying around like cefalexin and amoxcillin you can dose her on that too. That is what the vet will give you. People antibiotics and the same as pet antibiotics. But only give her cefa, or amox. I have no clue what the dose would be. If you have a vets number and call them they might be able to prescribe some antibiotics for you to pick up with out a visit. The soaks will help a lot though.
Get a rectal thermometer and take her temp a few times a day. Anything above 102 is a fever. Anything above 103 is an emergency and you will have to find an emergency vet.
Don't try to treat this at home any longer then today. Make an appointment first thing in the morning. She NEEDS veterinary care.

With mastitis the mammary gland becomes swollen and red looking and may feel very firm. If left untreated, it may break open to drain. You can use warm compresses to help soothe it, but your vet will need to prescribe antibiotics and see her. It is illegal for a vet to prescribe medication without first seeing the pet for the condition. Many antibiotics are not safe to exchange between humans and animals.

This is VERY painful for the dog. Please see a vet ASAP!

Symptoms are:
Swellings in one or more mammary glands
Enlarged teats
Redness
Discharge
Painful mammary glands
Lethargy
Loss of appetite

Put some towels in the dryer or add hot water. Put them on her stomach to soothe some pain. Make sure she drinks and eats some food. Baby aspirin will also ease pain, try to find plain flavor...not orange.
You will need to take her temperature. Tips for this: use a rectal thermometer with petroleum jelly on the tip. Apply it about and inch deep, slowly. Wait 2 minutes. The normal is between 100.5 F (38.1°C) and 102.5 F(39.2°C). Anything below 99 degrees F(37.2°C) and temperatures above 104 degrees F (40°C) are considered extremely serious and you need to bring her to the emergency vet.
