There was a time when there was a certain code of conduct that taggers went by where they showed respect for such public works of art as murals and their code even kept them away from tagging such places as hospitals and churches. But, at least here in LA, there doesn’t seem to be such a code anymore.
Why are these jerks tagging murals and other public works of art?
Is it because they are envious of real artists with real talent and this is how they show their obvious shortcomings?
Is it because they have small penises and somehow f**king with other people somehow makes them feel like real men (98% of taggers are male)?
Is it because they have so little self-esteem and self-respect that they think the only way they will ever leave their ‘mark’ upon the world is by physically leaving their ‘mark’ on somebody else’s wall, just like dogs leave their ‘mark’ when they hike their leg and pee on the same wall?
I have more respect for a stray dog than a tagger.
Why tag?
