Is he a human imbued with demonic powers? Is he a human imbued with God-like powers? Is he a demon? Is he an angel? If he is an angel or imbued with God-like powers, why doesn't he help people instead of confusing them.

He doesnt really have powers. He just uses slight of hand, tricks, and editing to make it look like he has powers - like any ordinary magician.

If you have a PVR recorder than you will see that all of the scenes in that show are, edited
Like the one where he levitated from one building to another
They didn't edit out his shadow fully in one clip and you could actually see a shadow of something suspending him in mid air
No god like powers here ...just camera tricks and smoke and mirrors!

He's an illusionist. That's all. He's an entertainer, he shows us how easy it is to confuse a person, and he's good at it.
Jesus did that too. That's probably where your reference to "God-like powers" is coming from.
