We all hear. This is not the best spot for Jr. but maybe the first offer. I hear they have not talked to RCR yet, he's just on the list of his Dad's old friends. He might want to talk with Bobby Ginns too. This guy is rich, a roller, will make Jr.'s deal happen. Who cares what I think, but Ginns will send the money after the deal. If you have not noticed, NASCAR is beginning to need money to make their deal float. Ginns is the best money answer, RCR is the best equipment and long term support answer.

It depends on who you ask first of all. If you ask people who cheer for Kyle Busch or Denny Hamlin fan then the answer is yes. If you ask die hard Earnhardt fans then the answer is Maybe. I loved Earnhardt Sr, but Dale Jr was coming along at the same time Sr got killed. Jr was already my 2nd favorite driver and Sr got killed so I wasn't just going to say, "ok I like Jeff Gordon now". Are you kidding me? Most of the people who liked Sr were already pulling for JR before he got killed. The only people who have a problem with anything the JR does are people who hated Dale Sr in the first place. It's as simple as that. I would ask those people if Dale Jr is so loved because of his daddy. Then why isn't Steve Wallace more popular then he is? Rusty had a whole crap ton of fans so what about Steve? Makes sense to me. The answer is truthfully yes and no. People who liked THE EARNHARDT before SR's death like the Earnhardt to this day. We all know that JR isn't SR and the only people who say that are haters. That doesn't mean we didn't like him coming up through Busch and early in his career when he was having success, and now that he isn't we just don't like him because people are jealous? HAHAHAHAHA!!! It will really be funny when Jr starts winning again what the people will be saying then. I like Dale Jr because he's different then his dad was and I think he has done a pretty good job in dealing with everything people say about him. Sr is gone now and I pulled for SR all the way back in the 80's but JR is here and I've been following him to since the late 90's. It's never going to change. The only thing that will change is all the bandwagoners that will be changing their stories when he wins a championship.

First off... its HENDRICK

Now, each owner only has 4 spots, and all of Hendrick's are filled. Hendrick Motorsports has stated that they have no intention of letting go of any of their drivers. The only way Jr. would have anything to do with hendrick would be if he was going to bring JR motorsports to Nextel Cup and in that case Hendrick would supply the motors.

Stating that, I think Joe Gibbs is a good option. They are a winning team, and that is what he needs.

But Joe Gibbs wont let him have Budweiser, and Jr. has a contract with them through 2008.

Jr. has said he isnt sure about driving for RCR either, he has stated he needs to do some soal searching on that.

I wish hendrick would drop Casey Mears and pick up junior.

... I cant take the suspence...

Hendrick has no room, will only help Jr if he takes his own team to the Cup level.
If Jr. is really willing to give up Bud to go to JGR(he would get VISA), then that rumor could be true. If not, then Jr. is more likely to head to Ginn.
We will also have to see about RCR's new fourth team for next year, it could be Jr. or Biffle, or maybe even Wimmer, he's doing pretty good in the RCR cars in the Busch Series even with the Buschwackers.

Well as you stated, it's just a rumor. I honestly don't see how or why he would be willing to let Budweiser go as a sponsor.

As for Hendricks I don't see that happening either.

And I totally agree about the rubber bracelets, that is a bit much isn't it. Oh what people will do for a buck and the suckers who lap it up light spilt cream.

There are so many rumors out there that you would need a PR person just to keep up with them.
But it does seem JOE GIBBS RACING is in the lead right now for hiring Junior.

i like Joe Gibbs Racing and Dale Earnhardt Jr so it works out for me.Denny Hamlin and Tony Stewart are said to be good friends with Jr so he would like his teammates. i say he do it because a racing team with Dale Earnhardt Jr, Tony Stewart, and Denny Hamlin might just own every race and all the fanbase. I hope it works out for Earnhardt in the end.

There's a reason it's just a rumor. It's called speculation. Joe Gibbs racing won't take him anyway because Budweiser is his sponsor. I, personally hope he doesn't go to Hendrick because I am not a fan of theirs. Let's all just see what happens.

He needs to sign with Richard Childress Racing....
He done said he was gonna drive for him anyway in his later years and drive the #3 car, he just didn't want to drive the #3 car NOW. But RCR offered him the #30 car for now and Richard doesn't care if he brings Budweiser with him as his sponser.

However, any team would be better going to as long as it's not Hendrick who "doesn't have any room anyhow".

Jr. would be a good fit at Gibbs, and i hope he goes there but i thought Joe Gibbs won't use any alcohol sponsorships on his cars.
