when is the next ps3 (playstation 3) update coming? i live in illinois. also, what is the update going to be (what will the update have)?? please answer asap

at least a couple weeks since the just released 1.8 a week ago. 1.8 lets u upconvert ps1 and ps2 and dvd to hd
