If the dewier pressure increases too much and the relief valve doesn't relief it could explode.

Probably because if nitrogen leaks into an enclosed area and a person enters that area, he or she would be asphyxiated because the gas is odorless and would displace the oxygen content needed to sustain human life. And it only takes a few minutes.
