Man I can not believe the bull people think.
I read the answers you got and most think and have been fool so bad that they think the world is going to end and were all going to die very soon. If the weather is hotter they yell were dieing and the same if it is colder.

What fools we have. That think the weather has been the same for 100s of years and only now it is changing.

If they could only stop and think for them selves and not march to the piper`s tune and fall for his mournful flute of lies.

The entire idea behind global warming is a VERY slight warming up trend. It is not something you will notice from standing outside.

When someone says something like "it must be warming up because I noticed that its been getting hotter the last few years." This statement has no basis in any scientific fact. Yet I see many global warming believers use it all the time. The problem is they don't know enough about science or what they believe in order to have a real scientific discussion about it!

The idea that the whole globe is heating up is a bit misleading and it's where a lot of the arguments arise.

The Earth is warming up regionally. Some areas (like the Antarctic interior) are growing colder. There are still arguments about what actually drives climate.

The biggest problem with statements about global warming is the climate models which are being presented as absolute truths.

The atmosphere is dynamic and constantly changing. By its very nature it is unpredictable. Scare stories about droughts and deserts and ice ages really do us no good at all.

Winters may be getting warmer, but I wouldn't throw away your woolen mittens just yet. Warmer winters mean less frozen lakes, which mean more evaporation, which means more precipitation, which means more severe winter storms. So global warming is actually going to result in =worse= winters, not better ones.

Crap.

No, you miss read global warming is actually worsening and less predictable weather soo you might see that the summers are hotter and the winter are even colder and storms are even more devastating. So there is no upside its just all downhill.

There is no doubt that a 10 degree warming would be WAY better for us than a 10 degree cooling. Most people would like the climate to stay the same, but of course it never does. At least not over long time periods.

Actually, this is a common mistake people make. Global warming can mean terribly cold winters, even an ice age.

Yes I agree! Cold weather rocks. Even if we went into a mini-ice age, think of all the winter sports we could do...ice fishing, snowboarding/skiing! Oh what fun!
(Also, I think it'd help clear out some idiotic people...they wouldn't know how to survive!).
