Take your dog to the vet NOW! Why have you waited so long?

OK #1 the recall on the food is still going I agree with the first person that said that, BUT.

If their puke smells funny and you'll know what I am talking about, it is parvo. You need to go to the Vet NOW! I have lost 5 dogs to parvo and it is serious. Once it is in your ground outside it will stay there for 3 or 4 years. Once it is in your house it takes about 2 years for it to die out. If you don't know if you dog's puke smells then he doesn't have parvo, it has a distinct horrible smell. Also any other dogs you have can and will catch it. Summer time parvo is also worse than winter. It is more fatal. I would use that emergency vet visit now.

You didn't mention what you are feeding your dog. The dog food recall has continued to expand and all of the toxins are not out of the food chain yet. So you might want to consider that a possibility whether yours has been recalled yet or not.
It could be something else as well, but considering that you have a LETHARGIC dog in combination with the throwing up, as well as no appetite, he needs to see a Vet now. Early treatment offers the best prognosis.

He might have Pancreases. This is a condition that is caused by eating things that are not good for a dog - raiding the garbage ...etc. If he is drinking but can't keep the water down, you should take him to the vet because he will become dehydrated and die.

You could fix some green tea and give this to him. Or you can give him some stomache pain reliever,or, you can take your puppy to the vet if the other choices doesn't work. Puppys usually always eat, so theres a big problem with your puppy. Hope my opinions help.

P.S. The green tea and the stomache pain reliever always helps with my dogs, and I have 8 of them.

P.S.S. The stomache pain reliever can be for humans, so you don't have to check for a pet kind.

P.S.S.S. You can also soak the kibble if you give that to him so it can be easy for him to digest. And when he gets better, you can give him the food without soaking it.

Call the vet & get the dog an appointment. In the meantime you can try cooking rice & add it to cooked hamburger or cooked deboned chicken. At least you will get some food in him till you get him into the vet. See the vet ASAP!!
