Why don't they attack the eating of unclean foods like shrimp like they attack homosexuality.

I can see the religious right as we speak bombing Red Lobster's and picketing them with silly signs.

They could treat seafood markets like porn shops.

Why do they do only attack certain stuff?

You are correct, I've seen it too.
But, I'm a fundie, and I don't put any more emphasis on one sin over another.
I'd prefer that you don't make unsubstantiated generalizations.
All sin is discribed in Scripture as an abomination to God.

There is no such thing as sin, its all a farce.
Everything is permissible, but not everything is beneficial (somewhere in acts of the apostles).

You're free to do whatever you want, just be a free to accept whatever consequences may come.

Why are they so honed in on sexual sins, becuse that's the one sin you have fun doing, assuming you're doing it right.

Well see the political leaders are truly sorry and people who enjoy sex are just deviant.

At least that's how they seem to feel.

Not all sins are equal.
The worst is Denying Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost when you have seen them.
The next worst is murder.
The next worst is sexual sins.
