Ghosts are just another manifestation of a different kind of energy we haven't yet discovered

The only real ghost...is the Holy Ghost/Spirit.

But inhabiting the earth and the underworld are demon spirits.
They are illusionists, deceivers, liars, they do read unprotected and open minds thoughts & they do have earth-bound knowledge of the past and present, they can take on the visual and at times the physical form of earthbound things, just like Satan.

But those who have given their hearts to Jesus and had their names recorded in the Lambs Book of Life, can be irritated/oppressed...but we can NOT be possessed or overtaken or snatched from God's hand EVER by Satan and his minions (demon spirits).

I believe in just about everything but I have trouble believeing in Ghosts because ghosts just don't figure logically into our world. If someone dies, they are physically dead. To be seen by us they have to be part of our world by the laws of nature. If they are in another dimension, we can't see them or feel them.

Yes, the Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit

I have a ghost that lives in our apartment complex. She's not mean, just free spirited. She likes to turn things off and on. Her favorite thing to do is spin the top of the garbage can.
It's hard not to believe.

Yes. I've always been into scary and morbid things, but I never used to believe ghosts were real. My family told me they thought ghostly things were happening around our house, and I thought they were crazy. But then I started witnessing things that had no possible other explanation as to why they happened, and now I believe.

Yes, in a way. My grandmother came to me not long after she died, but she wasn't really visible. Her rocking chair was rocking on its own, and two red points of light were where her eyes would have been if she was sitting in the chair.

And a friend of mine who used to live in Brookdale Lodge in the Santa Cruz Mountains says the little girl who haunts the place used to play with her daughter. She didn't think it was that strange.

But I think the incidence of spirits hanging around much after they die is pretty rare. Mostly, I go along with the interpretation offered in J. K. Rawlings books: they have better things to do, and move on.
