Whoa! Stop this now. With logic like this you can tax faith too far.

If you are right, then Christians, being the god fearing bowing and scraping, not wanting to go to hell bunch they are, will all suddenly stop believing in their millions and become atheists. Just so they can claim to be god's chosen people. Basically, they will have to pull a double bluff of believing that they don't believe in god. Then, smug in their certainty, they will deride believers and tell them they are going to hell for not believing that they don't believe.

(Eh? I know, but don't blame me - you started this line of logic)

At which point... the god that the majority believe they don't believe in, will switch to the new persecuted minority of believers and make them the chosen ones. Then, the non-believing but not wanting to go to hell......

Look, do you see my point now? This is too complicated for believers.

Pangel, do you not see that this is unkind to Christians? They stretch credulity to the limit already in their belief in god, please don't test them this way.

that is what you call circular reasoning, and it does not work. First just because you are an atheist does not mean that they are to be distrusted! There are some Christians that can not be trusted, a shame but it is true. The majority of which percentage of which population of which area? you give to much vagueness to answer the question. Just because they are atheists does not mean that they are persecuted either. Definitely they are not God's chosen people only those who are born of God and live Christ-like lives are God's people

So your weird thought is to yourself alone.

The connection between being God's chosen and being the most persecuted is just circumstantial to the Jews. I don't think it translates the way you have attempted, but good try.

Does your school teach courses in logic?

Who said us atheists are the most distrusted? If that was the case how would you know they were atheists because no one would tell you, might even go to church so you would trust them.

Pangel dear, Christians are not the majority. Perhaps in your home town and perhaps in some parts of America. But on a global scale, Christians do not constitute a majority. I know that will burst a lot of bubbles.

You cant be an atheist christian. Christians are those who believe in christ Jesus who is the second person of the trinity, and the son of God.

Well Revalations said that Christians would be the ones being persecuted but so far Revelations is nothing but pure bullshit. Yet another flaw in their Bible.

No

It is clear the Jews were God's chosen people

Everyone else is judges separately

Even JEWS, however, can be cast back into the lake of fire

GOD is the FINAL say in ALL matters.
