Drugging your dog is not the answer - she needs both socializing and training. Put in the time and effort necessary to make a dog a good companion and never mind drugging her!

I mean the 4th of july is coming up and I have to get some for my dogs . they are like freaking crazy when they have to go in the car somewhere so they get a whiff and they are fine . good luck .and as far as the person said about socializing and not drugging . well mine are super socialized and they are still freaking out in the car !!!

My grandmother has a dog who is terrified of storms! Her vet has prescribed something to calm her when she gets too scared. This seems to work!
Gran is always joking that if it doesn't she could take them and at least one of them would feel better!!! She is a funny lady!

if anything, it makes my puppy crazier. i have an 8 m/o german shepherd who has anxiety issues. he never stops running and tackles other animals and even people sometimes. he was kicked out of training classes. i tried Calm Down and he seemed more hyper when i gave it to him. i was told maybe he'll grow out of this "lunatic stage" or else my vet wants to prescribe prozac for him.

I've never used it, but usually more exercise in combination with obedience training will do the trick. LOTS of exercise!

Our dogs are trained to "heal" as for most dogs too. :-)
