I think you meant to say "help with "splitting" not spitting. Ask your g/f to pay you half towards the furniture, etc. if she's determined to hang on to everything, that way, you can buy what you need to live on your own. If she raises a big stink, walk away, it's not worth the hassle.

It depends on who paid for them (and I hope you kept the receipts for proof).
Anything you personally paid for is yours to take with you as is your personal items like clothes Cd's,DVD's,etc.
Anything like stoves,refrigerator,washer & dryer,beds,items used by both parties depends on who made the purchase.
If a joint purchase and you don't want to take them with you,your gf can pay you half of their purchase price or current value.If you want to take them,then you can pay her for her half,if she agrees. If you just want to get away from her,just pack your personal items and leave-don't leave anything you don't want to go back for.
