Most likely, yes, if that was the custom at the time.
Judas, we learn in the Gospels, was the "keeper of the purse" for Jesus and HIs group of 12.
Judas Iscariot would have tipped the waitress.
(He always liked money...that's why 30 pieces of silver appealed to him.)
