Apples are a great source. They are low in calorie, help with cholesterol, and clean your teeth (when there's no toothbrush in site). Popcorn is also great, but watch the butter and salt--if you can tolerate salt-free and butter-free (gag!),t-hat's the best because of the over-all cholesterol amount that salt and butter would add. Another great snack is Quaker Corn Cakes. Make sure you get some with a little salt, if you choose this---the salt- free taste awful!

Check at your supermarket for packs of 100 calorie snacks. They are great. You can cut up carrot sticks, celery sticks, apple slices, cucumber sticks, radishes and other easy to nibble on veggies and package them in small plastic zip loc bags. You can also get low fat wedges of cheese. Small packages of pretzel sticks are good, also. Nuts, especially almonds are very healthy. Half a dozen almonds a day are very good for you.
