How can people be so insensitive and say gross things about Jesus?

I see they have no respect for Jesus. I understand they don't believe in him. But why don't they at least have respect for all the people who do believe in him?

God is our Father. How would you like it if I said all kinds of nasty things about your father?

Or what if someone saved your life? (Jesus saved our lives). What if I said all kinds of gross stuff about the person who saved your life?

You guys that are doing this need to think about this, and grow up!

If we are to learn by example, then it is ok to kill your leaders enemies.

Yes it is sad that many people disrespect GOD and JESUS but such is the love of JESUS that JESUS gave his life to everyone.Though they might not be able to understand what they are doing then JESUS died for them so one day if they do realise there need for JESUS can come to JESUS and be sin free.paul was a blasphemer yet he recieved the forgiveness of JESUS.i myself am a blasphemer yet JESUS loves me and i have eternal life and to ever blasphemer remember JESUS loves you and JESUS is just a little prayer to forgive you and take you into his loving arms.JESUS is not angry with you for bad mouthings but JESUS wants to show you his love to you.

Yes some say bad things about JESUS.but every time we christians lie,fight over silly things,argue,feel jealous and other things[that disappoint JESUS] we too are disappointing JESUS and grieving the HOLY SPIRIT.

John 3:16[kjv] For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

so when we believe in JESUS we have eternal life.JESUS lived a sinless life and gave up his life as a sacrifice so we can be sin free. Ask JESUS to come into your heart and forgive ur sins and cleanse ur past with the blood JESUS shed on the cross.

With a simple prayer like above u can be saved.JESUS loves u and wants u to be saved.

People make fun of Jesus out of ignorance,they dont have a relationship with him and are scared to,they want to wallow in there lives to be able to do what they want to,they are only hurting theirselves,and at the end will regret it.All his Life he was persecuted and still is and so are his children thats how the fruits of the spirit is developed in our Lives,how we respond to things.Pray for your enemies,Bless them that persecute you Be blessed Lisa

Some people don't belive in Jesus or God, so when they say "nasty things" and such about them, they feel like they are saying them about nothing, nobody, or something fake. They don't feel like they are saying anything bad about their father. Its like if you don't have a siter or sister in law or anything close to a sister, and you talk bad about a sister. To them, they aren't saying anything bad about anything real. I am not sure how much I do and don't believe, but I'm not going to be disrespectful, especially when so many other epople have such strong beliefs.

People can be gross and insensitive about many things.

Having said that you claim that 'god is our father' without any proof of that statement. My father is my father, thats all, and Jesus did not save our lives, that is only what you believe.

And you have to earn respect.

The Goddess our Mother,

The Druids,Witches, and Pagans who actually save lives (as fire department, police, clergy, and service men and women)

And you all MUST have respect for all the people who The Church, and The Inquisition have tortured and murdered for the last 1800 years.

I`m a Christian Druid (it`s not quite the "Christ" the Pope and Protestants try to sell) and as far as the N.T. goes, Jesus saved "our souls" not "our lives"-so think about that, and when you do grow up, we hope your eyes, ears, and mind become grown up as well.

I'm sorry your feelings are hurt. I am. But forums like this are no place for a thin skin. Virtually every group here takes crap from another one. You'll eventually learn which questions to skip over, you'll toughen up, or you will get frustrated and leave. I hope it's one of the first two but that decision will be yours.

They are just doing it to get a reaction... if you pay them no attention at all they will find some other silly thing to do... it's classic childish behavior... Lets try to shock as many people as we can and be as lude as we can becuase apparently hurting people and disrespecting them is fun... take away their fun and they'll move on....

It is because one person hears another say something bad, because he either has no faith in God, or is just a bad person, and eventually it spreads to all sorts of other people, who don't really want to say anything, but think it makes them cool.
