You shouldn't lie about it and you shouldn't be rude. Oh. Sometimes it's hard to do both of those at the same time, isn't it? Think up an answer that is truthful and polite. Something along the lines of "A little, yes, but I still enjoy your company" or "Yes, sometimes, but I still like you" or even "Wellllllll (sound like you really don't want to have to say it) yeah, shall we do something else now?"
As long as you're kind and polite as well as truthful, you'll be fine. Just think of how you would like someone else to tell you you're annoying. You'd want to know so you can stop the annoying behavior, and you'd still like the other person to be kind. It takes a little thought and creativity, but it truly is possible to be both.

I usually say 'To some people, maybe. I don't think so though.' Or, I say 'No..but you are hyper.' something along those lines!
