i had an allergic reaction to a perscribed acne medication and reccomendations?

i just want something simple like a neutregina or biore or something like that, but it can't have benzoyle peroxide because i think that was what i had the reaction to and suggestions/reccomendations ?

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

Go to the drugstore with a friend, and a cart. Go through all the acne washes, toners, and moisturizers. Look for brand names such as Clean & Clear, Olay, Biore, Aveeno, and Neutrogena.
Read ALL ingredients to be sure there is no benzoyl peroxide, and buy that system.- face wash, toner, moisturizer, spot treatment. Be sure to read all ingredients on all parts of each system.

i would tell ur doctor that u got an alergic reacton and find something with out peroxide in it. GOOD LUCK. or just steam ur face and wash away the dirt inside with water after steaming.

well clean clear works but when ya wash it off use lotion. it smooths the skin out
