Okay, so obviously if this guy is wearing diapers, he knows he is soiling his britches. He is also obviously okay with doing right there at work. Why someone would be okay with doing that is beyond me. It sounds like he is very consciously aware of what he is doing. I would bring it up with a supervisor first. Someone who has worked there a while and knows the situation. They may be able to explain to you why things are the way they are. Let your supervisor know that this guy pooping his pants at his desk is making an unpleasant work environment for others, and that it needs to a addressed. If no one wants to address it, then approach this gentleman and tell him how you feel about it, I mean you have to deal with it being so close to him, and you should be able to tell him, and he should respect that. He may even go somewhere else when he is doing his business if it is really impossible for him to make it to the bathroom on time.

You shouldn't have to suffer with something like that, Go to your supervisor and be honest ,Explain the same way you did here and ask if they were aware of the problem.I t may be a medical reason but you should ask to be moved much farther away from him or you would have to leave. If that is what you must do then you can go to labor relations board and find out what recourse you have.

He may have a few medical problems,.... who really knows ?
Is there an area you can move away from his desk ? Bring it up to your supervisor and see if you can move away from him ? Tell them its a little uncomfortable to be around.

My office echos with tales of "The Mad Crapper", basically your co-worker but subtract the adult diapers and add major desecration of the restroom.

Buy an air freshener. His condition rates as a disability and i don't think that you, or he, can do anything about it. Also, don't go out for burritos at lunch.

This would be something better addressed to a supervisor. Have him or her talk to your co-worker.

If you don't want to talk to him directly, ask your supervisor to speak to him, without giving them your name. They should understand.
