My boss and I are both married, but he is 15 years older than I am. I am new and have just moved here and I have found out some info that years ago he and another co-worker were found having sex in the basement while on the job. Every time he talks to me, he claims he is a christian man, but his weakness is beautiful women. He always calls me "Southernbelle", sweet, lovely, and tells me how lucky my husband is to have me. Everytime I bring up my husband, he always questions why he does things and sometimes gets angry when I say that my husband makes decisions without me. One day he said "Ya know, Billy Graham never got in another elevator with another woman, because he didn't want her to make false accusations, but I assure you, I'm no Billy Graham...I realize you just had a kid and all, but..." The convo was never finished because I answered the phone...but for some reason I felt awkward about that convo. He recently pout a mirror on his wall, guess where I sit? Right behind him...

Sounds like your boss is playing silly games. I would make clear in everything you say and do, that you are not interested.
You can ask him outright if he is flirting with you. If he says yes, you can then tell him that this is inappropriate and you are a happily married woman.
If he persists, you need to talk to the person in charge of your boss or your union.

Well you have a cool husband i know if i been your husband and you told me this i would pay this boss a unwelcome visit. And also you do have a good sexual harassment case here that can get him and the company in big trouble and plus can lead to jail time also for him .

Yes, he is coming on to you. Additionally, the part about saying he is a "good Christian" is because he knows this is a trait that a lot of women look for. Kind of funny that they try to use it since it means they WOULDNT BE HITTING ON MARRIED WOMEN!
Be very cautious. Depending on how big the company is you may want to go to HR and report it.

His affair so far is in his thoughts. Do your best to keep it there. If it becomes a problem, speak to him about it first (not a co-worker or anyone else). It may all he needs to come down to earth. If that doesn't work you should report it to Human Resources if there is one at work. In the meantime, you want to secretly keep a log of his "flirting". It may help you later.

to be honest with you he sounds like a bit of a freak. and also its really not fair the position he has put you in. you are just working there as a job, and he is making you feel uncomftable obviously. thats just rude and unproffesional. just because he is your boss it doesnt mean he can do what he wants with u(take advantage) obviously he is messed up, and i feel bad for you, it must be awkward. to be honest working aswell as its for money, you have to spend a lot of your life their and if your not happy then your kind of ripping yourself off. if it were me you know what, i would leave if i didnt like it. because if you confront him it will be too awkward. hope this helps. good luck & take care.

Your hubby is right.

Make sure you keep things on a business level....and change the subject when it gets personal.

He's your boss but you have some control over how this situation plays out.

Hide a video camera on site, let him do you, then use the tape (after making a copy for you and your husband, of course) to extort a comfortable retirement out of your boss. Everyone wins.

Potential bonus: you never know, he could be a decent lay.

Are you attracted to him? He is going in for the kill. Tell him that you are flattered by what he says but you are DEEPLY in love with your husband, otherwise, you will be caught in the basement. Tell him also to get rid of the mirror. it makes you uncomfortable.

If the behavior makes you uncomfortable and it continues to make you uncomfortable, speak with human resources. Or take the issue to higher level.

Please be very careful, yeah I"d be a little concerned. The devil has his soul from the first affair so now he wants yours. I"d get rid of the mirror or put up a screen !
