Minus all the BS language...yes. We are "God", all of us, we are all connected. Mother Earth nurtures us, it is our duty to respect and care for it in return.

This is apparently a quote from the Koran whose source I was unable to locate.
From John 14: 12-14:
12 Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever believes in me will do the works that I do, and will do greater ones than these, because I am going to the Father.
13 And whatever you ask in my name, I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If you ask anything of me in my name, I will do it.
So, there does seem to be a recurring theme that we are exhorted to perform great works in the name of God the Father. We were given the Holy Spirit, which dwells within each one of us.
Based on interpretation, I would say yes, there is a part of us that is linked with the Holy, therefore, all of us are called to be responsible and accountable for our brothers.
I don't think people can go running around claiming they are the Messiah, however, according to the gospel and the Koran, the Spirit of God dwells in us, and therefore, we all have the potential for Holiness.

It is a fine quote......and it can be a "Truth" if we the people of this Earth could get our priorties straight.
People always want more......what good is dieing with more while the "beggar" goes hungry or the sick go untreated?
What about the time we "hurt" someone when we could have helped them.
How about when we could have made a bad situation for someone better, but we did just the opposite and made it worse.
Where has our patience and undertanding gone in this world of instant gratification?
The next time you have a choice of being mean or being helpful........what will your choice be?
We can save the world....it's just going to take all of us to do it!

Disagree with it completely and wholeheartedly, except, perhaps being "equally responsible for the care and well being of the world".
None of us are perfect, so we don't qualify as Messiahs.

This is not correct, true we are Gods creation and we will be held responsible for the care of the world.
If you are part of a religion then you have to see what that says.

No, you and we, are not the Messiah. That's eastern- universalism. Yes we are messengers in the sense of bringing forth the message of Jesus Christ the Messiah. And yes, we are all, in Christ, responsible, stewards for the earth.

'Course not... FableGods can't have Messiahs, Prophets, Messengers or Manifestations!
But "Gods" aside: we are, of course, all equally responsible for the care and well being of the world!
