I'm 18 and I'm trying to find a job that would be good for what I want to do when I get out of collage I want to be a psychiatrist so want to do something that based around that, But I have no idea

See about getting a job as a administrative assistant, or Aid in any area that would utilize a Psychiatrist such as hospitals, Doctors offices, old age homes, in order to get the feel of what goes on, what peoples problems are, and then you will also have a better understanding of if that is what you really want to do. Mainly get yourself more exposed to the situation you are looking to put yourself into.

Go to www.monster.com and see about being a receptionist as a psych office or something like that. That way you'll learn what it's like there.
