For your sample question, although I do not have any real business experience, as far as customer service I treat all people with respect all the time is that not what good customer service is all about? Here are some other questions you will probably be asked so be prepared.
What are your strong points?
What is your weakest point? And what have you done to improve that?
Why would you be a better candidate than anyone else?
Why do you want to work for this company?
Define quality?
And last do you have any questions for us?

As far as the question about customer service you might try to throw a loop around the question and tell the interviewer that customer satisfaction is worthless but customer loyalty is priceless. Then give an example (if you have one due to limited experience) when you got a customer to come back again and again. Relax during the interview and tell your interviewer exactly how you feel about things. As in life when interviewing for a job you have to sell yourself to your interviewer that you are the right person for the job. Again they have to sell themselves to you that they are worth working for. It's a two way street. Some books tell you to look at the interviewer. This is correct but if you have a hard time looking into someones eyes then look at the forehead, same effect. Don't down right stare at them but look at them. Go on-line and look up the company you are trying to get employment with and know a little bit about the history of the company. People are impressed with this. It shows that you care enough about the job to know about the company. When I interview I always ask the question what do you know about our company. I wish you the best of luck on your endeavors.

As an interviewer I can tell you exactly what to do....... The 1st thing is that your answers are not really that important, its the way you answer that's important. The interviewer will crave the candidate that is really keen and enthusiastic. Be as positive as you can and let them know you really want to do well and perform. Be the top producer... that sort of thing.
It is also worth having several scenarios in your head. A time when you delivered excellent customer service, a time when you worked well under pressure, had an idea, solved a problem etc etc. If you can't think of anything just make it up. But make it up now not on the spot. They are never going to check it out. Finally - The last thing you can do to win loads of brownie points is to smile. Very few do in interviews and it is really refreshing to get someone who does. Hard to do when your nervous but don't forget. Go for it. Whats the worst that can happen!

Remember your body language as well. Always make eye contact, even if your interviewer does not. I can't stress how important it is for you to look them in the eye when you speak, it might be hard, but it shows you're confident. Avoid saying "um" "Uh" or anything like that. Grammar is very important and be careful how you pronounce things. Do you best to calm your nerves, deep breaths will slow your heart rate if you're nervous be for the interview. Good luck!
