Yes, I did. I had been studying Islam for a while and came here looking for more information. Some of the people I met here did in fact help and encourage me. Converting was ultimately my decision but the support and knowledge I got from so many users helped me immensely.

I know a person with a nick "Newborn" who has converted to islam after joining and discussing this religion with on of our brothers !!
