The article quotes someone as saying "ninety-plus percent chance" the kid wouldn't get better.

What, one in twenty is a miracle these days? No wonder there are so many new saints.

It's only the Catholic News Service's take on it. Just because the attending physician doesn't have an explanation doesn't mean it's a miracle.

Since the diagnosis of the child's liver problem was shortly after it's birth... There is a fair chance the child still had some stem cells floating around in it's body and healed itself.

when i was an infant (my mom told me this and our relatives), same thing happened to me but in a different disease, it's an infection in the throat, i am 94% dying dut in an instant i recovered.. dunno why, but nobody thought it was a miracle..
