They are but some of those wealthy people's rights are violated such as the invasion of privacy. This is America and we all should have the same rights.

Wealthy people seem to have a whole set of laws that are different from regular people's. If I had been caught on a revoked license and probation violation, I would have served at least 30 days immediately. Paris thinks she's getting a real deal but in CA they cut your sentence into 1/3 time for nonviolent crimes. She should have to serve only 15 days. If she worked, she could do it on weekends.

Every person has the same rights as others. However, wealthy people tend to have an upperhand when it comes to civil rights because they use their money to tilt the balance of justice in their favor which should not be the case.

When statistics were compiled on cocaine arrests, it was clearly shown that if you were from the lower income status you were more likely to be convicted and serve jail time while the higher the income status the less likely you were even to be convicted...Enough said I guess but it has always been a given that "all men are created equal" is not a given anywhere, not just in the US.

"Endowed" with the same right, yes. In practice they are well endowed due to their wealth. This can be negated by celebrity or public service. That takes away from your practical rights.

Money talks in some places, in some times, somehow, with some people but, not all, regardless social class or socioeconomic status.

If the rich would get the same treatment we would get there would be a lot less rich people breaking the law.

Wealthy people get by with murder and poor people don't get justice. It don't pay to be poor when you go to court.
Most poor people get convicted wether they did it or not.
