You just need to keep an eye on her the only way to be absolutely sure she is done is take her to the vet.
As Far as teh pups they need to be put in a place you prefer mom to take care of them.
She should be left with the pups until they are 8 weeks old.
At about 5 weeks old you need to start taking her away from teh pups during the day and offer them moistend dry food this should start more like soup as tehy get their teeth start making it thicker by the time they are 6 1/2 weeks old make it just soft and add a little dry food so they can begin to learn how to eat teh solid food. they should be on hard food by the time they are 7 1/2 weeks old.
I like and use purina puppy chow.
Good Luck and ;you may want to take the whole new family in in teh next day or two and have them checked over by the vet.
When the pups are 7 weeks old you may want to consider calling and setting up an appointment to get your dog fixed, before she comes into heat again.

likely she is done.. BUT you should give her the rest of the day and night to be sure. IN the meantime you need to created a whelping box a plce where mom can keep the pups contained.. plenty of towels or old blankets on the bottom (ones you are willing to NEVER use again after this).. mom should be able to easily get in and out of box but puppies should not be able to jump out so make sure it has sides all the way around. She needs the box to be somewhere quiet and private. Change her to puppy food for the time she is nursing as the puppy food will have more nutrients and she will require plenty of water.. Just watch her to make sure she is mothering well otherwise you will have to step in to play mommy and bottle feed them..

It is normal for dogs to deliver at night and she might be done but give it till tonight to be sure. What you need to do is get her a box, large enough for he to turn around in yet low enough for her to jump in and out of. Put in any old blankets or towels you no longer use (they will be ruined) and put her and pups in the box. Make sure mom is on a GOOD food or even puppy food for her for the extra nutrition she needs.
Give her LOTS of time to be alone with the pups but yet watch her to make sure she is caring for them. If she is not...Get them ALL to a Vet. good luck.
