Yes it is bad for you. You end up starving your body of the nutrients it needs throughout the day. If you don't give your body everything it needs it will have to get it from somewhere else. It finds most of it in our muscle tissue. Our body is very clever and will break the muscle down to get the nutrients it needs. This is bad news because it lowers our metabolic rate and basically means our body is digesting itself. It is good that you are having water during the day but you really need to eat more. Our body can survive and operate without having any food but you really damage it by doing this. What you need to do is to eat for what you are about to do. So you energise your body before you take on the day. This way your body won't destroy itself. So you have a nice big breakfast, a mid morning snack, a good size (healthy) lunch and an afternoon snack (healthy) and finish off with a smallish dinner as we don't need much energy to sleep.
You will find it hard to change to this to start with as your body will be used to a pattern, so introduce it slowly with one mid morning snack. Then add from there. You will find that you are able to achieve much more during the day.

I hope you consider changing your dietary habit and if you do, good luck.

Our Lady, or Notre Dame, Hi.
Your eating habits seem Ok to me. I do a similar, with a goodly breakfast, then usually nothing until a big dinner, and a bit of late supper snack thing.
Oh, we used to have a pub blow-out of a Friday, and I am not adverse to a burger or hot dog, all with suitable relish / onions etc.of a weekend do, but generally have not much of a lunch-time appetote.
I seem to be of a healthy weight, and still well fed.
Hog-roast last weekend, and tucked into lumps of the fine fatty stuff, then went water skiing on the Sunday, and burnt it all off, including the multitude of beers !
All the way to 5ft 7" I be, and about 9st.
I did once rise to the challenge of consuming a 2lb steak for lunch in an up-state NY greasy spoon. Comes the evening meal, and I was still burping and generally passing gas. Can't be good for you.
You stick to your guns, mon ami, we have the choice.
I give to such fine folks as Oxfam, as a bowl of rice or whatever for lunch is a bit sad.
Ah, there is a salmon steak in the freezer tonight. I shall go and deal with it.
Bon appetite,
Bob.

what you are doing is waking up and making you metabolism fast (breakfast) at lunch your bodys metabolism slows down (WAY DOWN) coming home at 7 oclock and eating most likely a pretty hearty dinner over loads your metabolism to the point where it probly stores most of the food as excess fat.

not healthy...your better off eating breakfast and lunch with no dinner
(you will also loose weight in doing so)

hope that helps a little bit

Yes you should take a snack at least even though your not hungry, Like a apple or protein bar, What your really doing i slowing your metabolism down and not giving your body plenty enough energy, Take a apple and protien or snack bar.

you have to eat small meals every 2-3 hours so your body gets enough energy when it needs it and doesnt have any extra to store in fat reserves. when you eat only 2 times a day your body tries to store as much fat as it can.
