I'm not getting one but I know someone who is. It's actually my little brother. He's almost four and he needs surgery and they said he needs one. I don't want to see him in pain but I have a feeling it will be funny to see them put it in.
So does it hurt when they put it in?

Yes, there is a little discomfort sometimes. With a boy they will not use stirups. Many times they will insert it after he has been put under and he will not feel anything. They do have different sizes and will use the size that is right for him.

Not really, you may feel as though you may have to go to the bathroom but pain is not there. Sometimes some people feel a little bit of a burning sensation but that is it. Don't worry no pain.
