The Jewish Ark of the Covenant is most likely in Ethiopia...in a Monastery on an island on a lake in Aksum.
The Christian Ark of the Covenant -- a.k.a "tabernacle" -- is in the Catholic Church. Jesus' new covenant is in his very body: "And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, "This is my body...the NEW covenant given for you..." LK 22:20.
