My girlfriends dad was Mormon, some how they know my girlfriends name and the kids and our address. How do you get on the 'Mormon, "do not knock list?" or how do we get off their list as Mormons? I have never been Mormon, and my girlfriend and her kids are converting to Christianity.

First of all, the reason they are coming to you is BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT MORMON!!! If you were a Mormon, they wouldn't come to your door, doh!!!! Not sure about that one because they so infrequently come to my neighborhood. You'd have a better chance running into one of Jehovah's Witnesses and of course, you'd just politely tell them that 1-you're not interested in having a discussion or reading their lovely literature and 2-you'd prefer if they didn't return. They'll write down your number and they won't call for a while. . .unless they figure out you've moved. . . then they'll be baaaacCCCK!!!!

Go knock on a bishops door or stake president's door with your message "Keep the hell away from me!" message, and they'll call the police for 'harassment."
Obviously, you need to do the same - Get their names, get their mission presidents name, and threaten to go to the authorities - but only once. The next (final) they show up, make sure the press, police and district attorney knows about it. It would be nice if we could cite them and the church for 'harassment against the citizenry".
Like the Terminator, they will not stop until they have your soul and wallet - or you threaten theirs...

I would simply ignore them. When they come around, do nothing and keep all doors closed. If by chance you do open the door one day and it is them, slam that door in their faces. Feel free to lower window blinds and close the curtains to add to the effect. Experience has taught me that once religious fanatics have your attention, they will try to milk it for all they can get. I once had some Jehovah's Witnesses pull the same stunt. They would not beat it until I did what I mentioned above.

I would not ask them to stop knocking on your door, I would have a warrant sworn out in the name of the highest man in the local church, or the one that is sending the missionaries, not to have them come to your door. They are harrassing you.
I went to Brigham young for a year and they think they own me and thus they come around often. I invite them in, have them sit down, and then waste about 1/2 of their day before I tell them I am not interested.

their arrest

Make sure they are coming, then answer the door naked. I had a friend do this. They never came back to their house again.
