How old do you have to be to legally drink in Scotland?

In Scotland the drinking age was 18, but 16 when you ordered food and 14 when you looked a little older than you were
its 18 now but they are talking about raising it to 21

18 - in every country in the UK its 18, at least it is to drink in a bar/buy it from a shop etc

if its drinking in a private home or something then the law is more relaxed
