When I am confused about choices that are important to me, I go within quickly to my treasured spirituality. I call God by the name I love dearly. I chant a wonderful name of God, Huuuuu.
You can try Allah-Huuuuu. In an emergency, there is tension and unclarity of thought. With singing of the name of God comes help to do what is right in the circumstance. If this answer helps pass it to someone else.
