I lost 50 lbs, The way I did it was that I started to watch my calorie intake, I ate 5 times a day,
1. Meal was breakfast , whites for eggs wheat bread, yogurt
2. was a snack like fruits
3. Lunch Low calorie not heavy meat , try to have low intake levels.
4. Snack like Yogurt or protein bar
5. Dinner before 8pm No fried foods
try to lower the amounts of foods you eat and , exercise is important.
You can start to run 15 mins a day work you way to 30 mins every day. and I know you can cut that wieght down.

Congratulations on the weight you've lost so far. Stay away from the pills. They have bad side effects. Here are some good ideas: 1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming. 2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State. 3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn’t be eating. 4. Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself) 5. Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee. 6. Get 8 hours of sleep each night. 7. Hang out with people who want to be healthy. 8. Avoid anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup. Tone up the muscles: 1. Join a gym and get a trainer. 2. If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen. 3. Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body. 4. As I said above, walk, run, swim, and or bike. 5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class. 6. Join the local YMCA.. Mental Health: 1. Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings. 2. If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to. 3. Learn how to meditate. 4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with. 5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance. 6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts. 7. Write a ‘gratitude’ list every night. 8. Do something that makes you happy each day like: listen to your favorite music, draw, paint, write, or anything creative. 9. Do something for someone else who needs help.

first 2 1/2 months eat NATURAL food salad nuts fruit pretty much a vegetarian diet. Only drink water. and exercise.
Right before summer do the master cleanse "lemonade diet"
It is a cleanse but also you will lose weight as a side effect of the fasting.

well i lost weight last summer by not drinking soda, watching the fat content of food, running on a daily basis, and i purchased a exercise ball and resistance bands, but if you want to put on muscles i would consider lifting weights...but if you want my quickest way to lose weight drink only water nothing with sugar in it limit your intake of food to 3 small meals which can have no red meat (vension, beef, pork) in change start eating chicken perferbally breast meat, turky, and fish and try dry salads, and eat light yogurt twice a day...it all helped me go from 175 to bout 125...and most importantly NO TAKE OUT

Watch portion sizes. Watch the type of food that you eat.
Working out is good. Breaking up your workout is good...20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the afternoon is good. Remeber result will be slow...a pound a week or so...BUT you gotta stick with it and think longterm....
vary your workout...like walking on a treadmill in the morning and walking outside in the evening. A video workout video three times a week. This way you won't get bored. Getting bored with your workout is a good way to quit working out.

Eating right and working out.
Cut down cholesterol intake and sodium intake.
At least 30 minutes of cardio workout at least 3 x a week.
I know someone who lost a LOT of weight by merely watching what he eats. He hardly worked out.

exercise and healthy eating, simple as that. Some people these days make it too complicated. All long as your acceptably smart, you know what is healthy to eat and what te definition of exercise is. Plus, avoid eating once the sun goes down, your matabolism slows.

And rink water no tea / Cokes .
I lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks
