There's nothing wrong with it as long as you're both single. Also, keep in mind that if you guys don't work out then you may still have to see each other at family get togethers and parties.

I lost my husband almost a year ago from cancer. It doesn't matter if it was expected or not, you are still absolutely stunned. I can totally sympathise with her. She will come out of it, as the horrible truth that the loved one is never coming back, slowly, but surely begins to sink in. All you can do, is be there for her and do the useful things like making cups of tea/coffee whatever and listen to her. The passing of notes, I would worry about, as she needs to talk it through, not write it. It may be that it is just too soon after the event for her brain to take all the shock and horror in, so don't be too hard on her. I am sure she knows that you love her very much and are trying to support her which is the main thing. Good luck, the pair of you.

Of course why wouldn't it. I'm sure your families will understand you guys are not blood relatives. My sister dated my brother in law for two years and they even got engaged the only reason they didn't make it to the alter was because my sisters ex came back and he is her weakness and they decided to get back together. But they had a wonderful thing and both families wished them all the best. Love has no boundaries especially if it's sincere. I say go for it you might be surprised at all the wonderful possibilities. Good Luck

It is not clear weather you mean your brother-in-law or your sisters sister-in law, if it is your brother-in-law then it is REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD! If you love and respect your sister then get away for a while, like a long time, until you meet some one else. I don't think you are in love with him but just infatuated with him. If you continue feeling this way you may destroy your relationship with your sister & that can NEVER be repaired. Other family members may also be lost to you forever. Can you live with that? If he is seeing you, believe me you will not be the one last one he sees on the sly.. Love is trust, kind, not selfish. Don't do this to your sister and don't tell her. Why break her heart?

This is really fine! She is not blood related to you in any way, only through law so there is totally no problem. If you really have feelings for her and your sure she has them for you, then ask her out on a date and see how it goes from there. Keep it quiet until your relationship is likely to last long before telling everybody if your a bit shy about the whole family issue. Good Luck. xx

Not bad at all. My grandmother and her sister married two brothers. It worked out fine. My dad and his cousin look a lot alike though. Funny. Go for it. Good luck

i wouldn't say it's bad at all...just maybe take things slowly. see how they go...what the heck, if things go bad Thanksgivings dinner couldn't be any more weird than an office party after the office romance goes awry...but then i guess finding another job would be easier counting on your sister divorcing your ex-girlfriends brother! LOL! good luck!

Life is short. Go for it. When you get older you don't think about all the things you did. You think about all the things you should have done and didn't. If she feels the same way, you are wasting precious time you should be spending with her by second guessing yourself.

As messed up as it sounds my sister married my brother and hey I'm not from West Virginia. She's my half sister and he's my step brother and they didn't grow up together or anything. Anything can work out as long as you work at it.

there is nothing wrong with it but if your family dont know you are gay or bisexual then it might be a prob for them. make sure you know the difference between love and lust this just might be a crush. you dont say if you are gay or not or if your family know what your sexuallity is
