you cant crash diet successfully - there is no way you are gona stay that weight you reach for more than a few hours - as soon as you start eating again you will start gaining immideately.
when you deprive your body all you lose is water weight and muscle and slow down metabolism dramatically. when you start eating normal again you gain back more than lost and end up having higher body fat percentage.

To me every diet is considered a crash diet no matter how healthy it is or by other peoples opinion a must lifestyle you can gain weight on any diet just think am eatting veggies, whole grains and having fruit and my protein and exercise everyday until I stop and then I go for candy, breads soaked with butter and soda what happens? I gain weight so thats also considered a crash diet.

Any by other peoples view what I do is crash diet I used to be 305 pounds and by sinfully crash dieting I am now 249 pounds I could be lesser since I started Atkins two days ago..which is considered a crash diet.

To me a crash diet is knowing what foods go down easier and faster and the main goal is fast results for example I made up my own crash diet and lost 20 pounds in four days but got bored of it.

But I heard you lose muscle with any diet you go on so when I crash I life some weights so I can only burn fat trust me I know am burning fat its no way all these years I was all muscle....it was a very ugly kind of muscle if you ask me.

A crash diet is a diet which is extreme in its deprivations - typically severely restricting calorie intake. Meant to achieve rapid weight loss, a crash diet differs from outright starvation only slightly. Crash diets are typically unhealthy and are rarely - if ever - recommended by doctors or dietitians. Crash diets can lead to malnutrition, and are not a recommended means of weight loss.

After a person discontinues a crash diet, the "yo-yo effect" is often seen. This causes a person to eat far more than normal, causing them to regain both the weight that was lost due to the diet as well as additional weight. This is caused by an evolutionary trait of the human race that historically only took effect in times of famine: after a famine ended, people's bodies naturally craved to regain both the weight that was lost, plus additional weight as well, in order to protect themselves in case of another famine.

An example crash diet consists of a daily intake of 4 glasses of skim milk, 4 bananas, and 1 vitamin capsule; a boiled egg may be substituted for a banana. Also, large amounts of caffeine

I recommend you take “weight loss-30”-a diet supplement made of natural herbs, that will curb your appetite and let you drink a lot of water. And water will carry away fat. It's FDA certified, safe and effective, check details from the site: http://www.goquickslim.com
