As you can see, I have some stomache fat on me. And it makes me feel so uncomfortable, and I want to lose it. No, I don't want to lose it just so I can attract guys, I want to lose it so I can feel comfortable about myself. I am confident, and somewhat happy with my body but my stomache is just sometimes gross. After I eat, I run up and down the stairs atleast 10 times. I don't know if that helps or not, but it makes me feel a bit better. Can anyone tell me what I should do? Oh and, how much of the stomache fat do I need to lose, do I have a big stomache? And Should lose alot? And etc.

you look like you could gain some muscle -it looks much better than skin and bones.
i personally dont see any belly fat there but if you think you have to lose some fat then cardio is the only fat burning exercise - do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min and combine with light weight training to tone up and not lose any muscle because cardio burns both - fat and muscle (more muscle=faster metabolism) and eat healthy amount of calories and food because you have to eat to lose fat otherwise all you are gona lose is water weight and muscle and then gain it back.

despite the fact that im a woman i do know what u imply i was so thin however it doesn't matter what it seemed like i had belly fats, tough now not jiggily belly fats!all u have got to do is get toned that's functional.begin doing a unwell quantity of situps and crunches!and feature somewhat activities like begin of with like 50 to the middle 25 to the left and 25 to the proper and doublt the quantity as u cross!i finished up having wat is referred to as fergie abs, now not everone has dat and u my buddy can hav killer abs if u exercise at least one time an afternoon GOOD LUCK!

your skinny enough there hun.
i think you should stay like that. and you seem kind of young so you dont need to lose any weight at all.

and i dont know if you just showing these pictures just because you want everyone to say your skinny so you feel better about yourself..

By the pictures, you look fine. I dont see what "fat" you are talking about. But if you are worried, you can do situps, crunches, etc.. to tone up. You dont necessarily have to lose any weight.

I think sit-ups and bellydancing are the best ways. When I was in high school they made us do sit-ups for P.E. and my stomach was perfectly flat then. Belly dancing will ensure you don't get an athlete's stomach.
